"Sinabligay" which means "splashing of water" is one of the activities during the town fiesta celebration of San Juan, in honor of their patron Saint, St. John the Baptist. This activity was patterned form the famous "Sinulog Festival" of Cebu City. This program was one of the legacy of Ex- Mayor Erwin A. Buling who initiated also the Alumni Homecoming which is being held annually. The festival aims also to attract foreigners to visit the peaceful town of Cabali-an and discover its exotic beauty. Be there when it happens, so that you can experience the real spirit of Sinabligay Festival! Viva Senior San Juan!
