this time , we had our break from facing the computers. it is also an interesting topic on which we had the foundations of peer mentoring and we focused on conflict management. this is very helpful for us specially that we will be implementing the SMART Mentors program. thru this session, i learned that it is necessary to established harmonious relationship with your peers, specially your co - workers and superiors so that you may come up with a good result. conflict management is not an easy task, it requires a lot of patience and initiative to solve the conflict. being a smart mentor should possessed this qualities to avoid clashes from the environment you are in. its a great session.......!
