Day 7 - Multiple Intelligences Theory

Fr. Jomar Legaspi
Learn.Ph

This is such an interesting topic. this, i think , will be the answer for the problems encountered by our educational system today, if properly initiated and supported by the bureau. The multiple intelligences theory is a good solution for the degrading quality of education that we have today. Fr. Jomar emphasizes that it is thru discovering the different learning intelligences of a student that we can create an ideal learning strategy that could help in developing a childs learning potentials. He even gave us a site wherein we answered series of questions to determine what learning intelligences we belong. And i found out that i am a musical and linguistics learner in which i could say is true. He also introduced to us the 3 different learning theories: the behaviorists, the cognitivists, and the constructivists. These theories has connectivity to each other although they have also some differences in their points of view when it comes to learning processes. I could not wait for the time to share this activity to my students and i know this is a worthwhile activity.
